Phoenix is Waymo's longest-running and most established service area, covering approximately 180 square miles in the East Valley. The service is available in:

Following regulatory approval from the California Public Utilities Commission in August 2023, Waymo now operates 24/7 in:
- San Francisco proper
- South San Francisco
- Parts of the Peninsula

Los Angeles, California
Waymo has begun limited service in:
