What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.

Your mobile number, if you add it. We text you a code to make sure it's yours.

Payment. Stripe collects and stores your card. We never see the number.

Your employee's work. Everything your employee does is kept as one continuous record: the calls it takes and makes, transcribed as they happen; the texts and email it sends and receives; the notes it writes; what it does on its computer, including pictures of its screen; and the phone numbers and words of the people it talks to.

How we use it

To do the job you hired the employee for, to bill you, and to keep you informed. Your employee's record is used only to run your employee. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The companies that run part of the service for us, each with only what it needs: Twilio (phone numbers, calls, and texts), OpenAI (the voice on the line and the model that thinks), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database and file storage), Stripe (payment), Daytona (your employee's computer), Google Workspace (your employee's mailbox), and Exa (web search). We also share what the law requires us to.

Text messages

Your employees text you once you add your mobile number and confirm it with a code. Customers get texts when they text your employee's number first, or ask for one on a call. How often depends on the work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that number, and HELP for help. The full terms are in our terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your employee's record for as long as it works for you. When you let an employee go, its phone number is released, its computer is deleted, and its record goes with it. To delete your account, email us and we will.
