Welcome to Sup AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sup.ai, our research and AI-powered tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Sup AI a limited license to process, store, and use it as needed to operate the Services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence models to generate responses, research, and other outputs ("AI Content").

  • AI Content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.
  • Sup AI makes no guarantees regarding the quality or accuracy of AI Content.
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI Content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are described at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing, with reasonable notice provided to subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Sup AI and its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • You misuse the Services, or
  • We discontinue the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
  • Sup AI makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sup AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Sup AI's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Services in the past 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sup AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services,
  • Your User Content, or
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, except where prohibited by law.
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions against Sup AI.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g., via email or on our website). Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
